A lovely village with palm trees and charming seaside vibes, perfect for a relaxed stroll or a boat trip and is only 9 miles over the hill!

The drive over Bealach na Bà is breathtaking! The rugged beauty of Applecross is well worth the adventure, and the seafood at the Applecross Inn is legendary. Have to make a stop at the Kishorn Seafood Shack for some excellent seafood on your way back to The Sheddie!

Great for walking and phenomenal views! The Five Sisters of Kintail is an excellent ridge walk. A heartwarming hot chocolate from Chocolates of Glen Shiel is the perfect way to refuel!

The Skye Bridge is 7.5 miles from The Sheddie! The Fairy Pools, The Fairy Glen, Old Man of Storr, and the Quiraing are just some of the seriously epic spots on Skye.
